One of the most efficent and cost effective solutions to providing heat in your van is using a diesel heater. These units are 100% safe and use a technology called 'heat exchange' and no flame is present anywhere inside the vehicle. These units need to be installed properly, fuel system installed correctly, the exhaust system installed in line with the manafacturers instructions and wiring done to guidelines as set out, the unit left commisioned and ready for the end user. These heaters can be installed out of view and hot air is ducted via a special pipe and in most cases it can be installed into the existing ducting if it is present and servicable. The heater is installed in a location in order to maximise the heat distribution, it has a fully controllable temprature setting from low to hot. The 7.5kw output can heat the largest of motorhomes and a lower setting for mid size vans leaves it using very little fuel per hour. The units are fully configurable with a timer so the heating can be set to come on and off at a pre set time.
